Orders are shipped via Colissimo, with follow -up.

You will receive a follow -up link upon shipment of your package.

Orders are carefully prepared within 2 to 5 working days, excluding weekends and holidays.

We are currently delivering to mainland France.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the payment stage, depending on the weight of the order and the destination.

E) Packaging

Each photophore is carefully packed to guarantee optimal protection during transport.

We use materials adapted to the fragility of our unique artisanal creations in Epoxy resin.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours.

We will find the best solution together.
