2 Object

These General Conditions of Sale govern the sales of artisanal products made and offered by: phenixartworkfrancois on the website: phenixartworkfrancois.com

Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.

3 Products

The tea light holders sold are unique pieces, handmade.

Each creation may present slight variations (colors, textures) due to its artisanal nature.

4 Prizes

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).

The seller is exempt from VAT according to article 293B of the CGI.

Delivery costs are indicated when ordering.

5 Order

The customer selects the desired product(s), adds them to the basket and confirms the order after checking the information.

An order confirmation is sent by email.

6 Payment

Payments are secure and can be made by:

Bank card (via Stripe)

PayPal

Apple Pay

7 Delivery

Orders are shipped via Colissimo (France only initially, deliveries are only offered in Metropolitan France).

A tracking number is provided upon shipment.

Estimated delivery time: between 2 and 5 working days after order processing.

Delivery times may vary depending on the period (public holidays, busy periods, etc.)

For any delivery requests abroad, please contact me directly.

These requests will be examined on a case-by-case basis.

8 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal.

However, due to the unique and personalized nature of the creations, this right may not apply.

All requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

9 Returns and Refunds

In case of damaged product upon receipt, the customer must send a photo and description within 48 hours to the seller's email address.

After studying the file, an exchange or refund may be offered.

10 Intellectual Property

All creations, photos, texts and names of the collections are the property of phenixartworkfrancois.

Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without authorization.

11 Personal Data

The information collected during the order is necessary for processing and delivery.

They are never given away or sold.

12 Applicable Law

These T&Cs are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.

Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
